Schnitzel a la Nelson


4 pieces pork Schnitzel

175 g ground beef

175 g ground pork

2 cups cream

500 g fresh champignons, sliced

1 piece egg

1 small onion

100 g grated Emmentaler cheese

salt, pepper, paprika powder

2 tbs breadcrumbs

parsley, chopped



place the Schnitzel in a oven safe dish,

set aside

mix the ground meat together mix in

egg, bread crumbs, chopped onions, parsley and spices

spread the ground meat mixture on top of the Schnitzel

sprinkle cheese on top and

pour in the cream and add mushrooms

bake at 200C for about 45 minutes


serve with noodles and salad
