Plum cake Bühl style


Yeast dough:
200 g flour
40 g sugar
10 g fresh yeast
1/8 l milk
60 g butter
1 egg
1 pinch of salt

Breadcrumb topping:
1 1/4 kg of plums
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
100 g of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
springform pan of 30 cm in diameter


Preparation
Wash prunes , pit and cut in half
Prepare a yeast dough.
Once the dough volume has doubled, knead again and about 1/2 inch thick roll.
grease your spring form very well and place your dough and  pull the rim about 1/2 inch up
sprinkle the dough with bread crumbs to absorb the emerging plum juice during baking
cover with prune halves
cake about 45 to 60 minutes, bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees.
remove from spring form and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon
