250 g soft butter
350 g sugar
8 g vanilla sugar
500 g flour
14 g baking powder
100 ml milk
margarine for the baking mould
Preheat the oven. Grease the baking dish, and refrigerate.
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, mix in eggs one by one.
Combine flour with baking powder and stir in alternating with the milk.
Pour batter into the mold.
Bake at 175 ° on centre rack for 1 hour. Do not open oven door for the first 40 Minutes, so your cake does not collapse.
Allow to cool in the tin, then tip carefully onto a cooling rack
dust with icing sugar
