Easter Lamb - Osterlamm

Butter

1 pack

Vanilla sugar

100 g

Sugar

2

Eggs

100 g

Flour

1 pack

Custard powder (vanilla)

2 tsp

Baking powder

150 g

Yogurt (vanilla)


Icing sugar for dusting





mix butter, vanilla and sugar until frothy
beat in eggs one by one

mix your dry ingredients,  flour ,baking powder and the custard powder
add to the butter egg mixture
than add the yogurt, mix well

prepare your mold
pour batter into a greased lamb shaped baking form

bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30-40 minutes
