Buffy's favorite Steak

2 pieces of Steak or Porc
1 cup heavy Cream5 –6 cloves of garlic, more or less
1/2 cup beef stock
1 bunch fine chopped parsley
ground salt & ground pepper
Oil and a garlic butter for frying
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the butter until it starts to foam up, sear the steak's on both sides, take out, wrap in foil and keep warm.
Reduce the temperature, add the chopped parsley and pressed garlic to the frying juices, be careful that the garlic does not burn.
Add cream and 1/2 cup of beef stock, bring to a a light boil, season with salt and pepper, if the sauce is too thin, add a little Cornstarch.
The steak's put into the sauce and reduce to low.
Serve with potato croquettes or Spaetzle and a mixed salad top the steak with a piece of Garlic butter
