Stationed in 4 wing 1959-1963. First 1 1/2 was in wing maintenence and 2 1/2 years 422 squadron. Looking for old friends from when I was there.

Hi Bob

Jack Milner, St. Albert, AB

I was with the Squadron from October 1958 until April 1962 as an E Tech (A). That's six months longer than I expected, thanks to the Berlin Wall going up in August 1961. I remember you well and didn't know you had been attached to 422.

Last month, November 2011, I decided that 422 Squadron history from the F-86 era would be a nice little personal project for me and I have been browsing the internet since for fragments of 422 information. Jim Craik sent me some (a lot of) photos of 422 a/c, four of which he credited you as being the photographer on the day they left 4 Wing.

You might enjoy having a look at my attempt at a ten year snapshot of 422 Squadron history and related links if you haven't already done so. All three URL's are linked together and you can start at the top and progress through or go directly to the individual pages as desired. Since this is not a formal web site, there is no home page and you need the URL's. Enjoy.
