For what its worth.

I was looking on the internet, for info on my uncle, Douglas Yuill, RCAF WW2, and saw the name of another Doug Yuil, RCAF on this site. Hello Douglas Yuill no 2 or 3 or 4, etc. The original was a hot shot ww 2 pilot that flew Huricanes throught the war, and was shot down three times. After a close escape in a flaming plane he decided to take a desk job, and survived the remaining year of the war.
He was, as I remember him, what one would expect of one of "the few".... exceptionally quick reflexes, allways a smile or smirk on his face, irresponsibly reckless, and a heavy drinker. He was also a brilliant and successfull business man. He died in Sudbury, about 30 years ago.
